Research support
Need support with research on people and jobs in your organisation?
Data collection
Get the data you need from your people, products or processes.
Data analysis
Find the answer you're looking for by merging, aggregating and pivoting data.
Survey design
Reach the right people and measure the right things.
Statistics
Compare groups, find causes and effects and make predictions.
Survey implementation
User-friendly web surveys on small and large screens.
Visualization & reporting
Effective communication through crystal-clear figures and reports.
The steps
1 / Defining the research question and scope
What exactly do you want to learn about whom and when? I help you narrow it down to a clearly formulated and manageable research question.
2 / Choosing appropriate measures and measuring instruments
Together, we design your research approach in such a way that you reach the right people and measure the right things. Based on the scientific literature, but tailored to your needs.
3 / Data collection
Perhaps you already have data, or perhaps we will collect new data through surveys, interviews or focus groups. Possibly supplemented with external benchmarks or public data.
4 / Data processing
I tidy up the data by cleaning, aggregating and transforming it. I merge different data sources to make one accessible file. I pivot the data so you have everything in the right rows and columns.
5 / Data analysis and statistics
With tidy data, we can make simple analyses (like averages and time trends) or advanced statistical analyses (like comparing groups, finding causes and effects or making predictions).
6 / Visualization and reporting
I help you to effectively communicate your newly gained insights through crystal-clear figures and reports.
