Connecting research and practice on AI and the future of work

As Head of the Future of Work Programme at CEPS, I lead research on how AI and digitalisation are reshaping jobs, skills, organisations and labour markets. I am also Assistant Professor at KU Leuven, where I lead the Acerta Chair AI at Work, conducting experimental workplace research on AI and job design.

My work spans policy reports, academic articles, and public commentary — in English and Dutch.
